Project Engineering and Design - Engineers provide consultative services prior to project start by defining and documenting all technical specifications, processes, deployment partners qualifications and materials required.

Project Management - FSS's Project Managers provide a single point of contact for services throughout the life cycle of the project. Responsible for the business process, the managers define statements of work (SOW), challenges, deployment resource selection and qualifications, training, material purchasing, schedule, documentation, quality assurance and reporting requirements.
